The Libyan Rugby Sevens League – East
Each group will compete over three rounds. each round is played in a half-tournament system and the first and second of each group are qualified for the final round which will be played in August. The rugby 2018 project supports its players and the Libyan Rugby Sevens Tournament which Rugby 2018 players makeup 51 of its total of 120 participating players.

The tournament points rules are as follows :
Losing team receive 1 point
Winning team receives 3 points
In case of draw both teams receive 2 points
In case of forfeit the forfeiting team receives 0 points
